Returns & Replacements: We will accept return within 7 days. Please return a product in like new condition. Restocking fees may apply based on the condition of the returned product. Any DVD. CD or Books are non returnable, unless it fails to function

As we don't operate from a retail location, E-mail is the best to way to communicate. E-mails always will be answered usually in few minuets.
